A. Back squat - build to a max hit 275# deep, 265# was very comfortable and 285# wasn't moving
Videos are 275# and 285# respectively


B. cgbp - built to a max - 255#, miss at 260#
C. Press - build to a max - 135# was tough and not comfortable - 140# wouldn't budge

PM - jog on trails - 15-20 minutes, felt good and fresh, able to run without thinkin about running which felt comfortable for the first time.
